The Banded Planter is a doubled-walled vessel that is thrown on the potter's wheel. There are two holes in the inside cavity that allow for water to drain out but it will not drip or spill out of the space between the two walls. The "band" of negative space around the entire vessel provides a place for you to pour it out if you want.
The design is intended to be minimalist and clean, allowing for the plant to shine.
The beveled edge at the bottom makes it easy to pick up and move.
